Giving Hostgator a try

Since I run many web sites for me and also for my customers, today I decided that is time to get a second reseller account and since is time for that I thought that will be better to try a different company than the one that I am using.

Searching for good offers and reviews I couldn’t decide if I would go with a small company or a big company, well if I have my first account at a small company I guess I should try a big company. I opted in for Hostgator since they have a lot of good reviews and I also had a lot of recommendations from my friends.

I ordered the Aluminum reseller plan with 12 GB space and 125 GB bandwidth and my account was created in a few minutes, I can’t say anything about support because I never had any problems in setting up my domains.

If you are interested in reseller accounts or any other type of hosting I recommend Hostgator: quick setup, affordable prices and (I suppose) great support. I even had a discount of $9.94 with the coupon “iceishot” and this coupon can be used for all kind of orders.

Reseller Hosting Starting at $24.95! (aff.)

I also use Hostgator… and I think it is the best as they manage the servers very well which is a excellent part of them so my site can also manage huge traffic at times which is not properly managed by my earlier hosts.. SO i m planning to stick to HostGator only.. as of now :)

How has HostGator been for you over the last year since your post? Im trying to compile some HostGator reviews to help people find what they are looking for. I believe that HostGator is an oddity. It is a large host but apparently they have a pretty decent service. Usually the bigger a host gets the service they provide becomes worse and worse.
